Thank you. The car was in good condition. The rental team at Icerental 4*4 was friendly and cooperative. The rental procedure passed smoothly. We especially admired the pick up and drop off at the airport. As a point for improvement we’d suggest having a faster email support and fixing the form on the website. But these two are minors really.

Very nice. We washed the car before returning it. The employee said we don't need to do that as they would do in any case. So maybe this point could be clearer upfront. :)

È stata una buona esperienza, l'unica problematica è stata che quando siamo arrivati al.ritiro ci hanno convinto a integrare l'assicurazione fatta con voi, dicendoci che la vostra era molto Basic. Avevamo fretta e capendo l'inglese in modo non perfetto l'abbiamo fatta, forse me lo sarei evitato. Per il resto tutto ok.

The car was great, for perfect price. Did 2800km around Iceland in all conditions and without any problem. Just do your own insurance in advance, which will be definitely cheaper that the one, which you can get from the rental.

Excellent

Hired a car for 8 days in February 2023. The car was excellent and the staff were speedy in processing the paperwork and getting you on the road. The only small gripe I had was the confusing invoicing arrangements and lack of transparency as to what the costs were - i suspect the systems that link northbound is and icerental 4x 4 need a close look and further simplification. That said, I would absolutely recommend this firm.
