Wasn’t super clear that we needed to look for MyCar at airport so we were looking for Northbound sign. We were told by MyCar to come back to the wrong drop off location. Correct location had no shuttle and we had to pay extra for a taxi to airport.

Good car. But we have an issue with the plastic cover protection under the car. It felt down. We phoned to Mycar to inform them when it arrived. During the drop-off confirmation we informed again MyCar because they didn't see this issue. They said it's not cover by our insurance (unless we have CDW, TPL,TP,GP, WP). They need to refix the plactic cover, so they need to keep all the rental deposit : 350.000ISK. They said of course repair will cost less and they will send us the rest of the deposit/amount. We trust MyCar. Since that we have no news, and I'm reallly affraid they won't be fair with us as we are not still in Iceland. Can you help us ? Thanks a lot

Very Good

The Car and Rental experience was very good. Having a hybrid with Apple CarPlay made my trip much more enjoyable. Pickup was the only downside. We were told shuttles were every hour at 20 past but we had to wait an extra 45 min and call the office to get a pickup.
