The car was dirty. Breadcrumbs were still on the dashboard. The windows were so greasy and dirty from the inside that you couldn't see through against the sun. the car also had various dents and scratches that were not documented, getting another Car was impossible.

The worst experience in my life: 1 hour waiting for an agent to pick us up at the airport They didn't know Id already paid full rent and they were to charge the fee twice. They charged 193.000 ISK from my card for "damages" without any explanation or report.

Before arrival in Island I was asked to look at a shuttlebus schedule and tell wich departure i would like to be on. I told that i would like to be en the 16.20 departure. When I arrived at the meeting point there was no sign of the driver. When I call the driver I was told that he would be i the airport shortly, but he had to take another family to the car rental facility before us and we had to wait for another 20 minutes. This is really bad service and I don't understand why they have a timetable if they do not use it. It is a waste of my time to ask me to look at at timetable, if it is not in use. We had to hurry trough the airport to be at the meetingpoint on time and then being told to wait for 20 minutes.
