Very Good

It was good but the space for sleeping was a little tight. We reserved a camper that said it slept 4 and the photo had a roof top tent. The camper our friend picked up and drove 45 minutes to pick us up in had no roof top tent and all 3 of us slept inside side by side. This ended up being fine but I think we over paid based on the amount it looks like we would have if we just went straight through Kuku Campers and got the van we got.

The car already had a mileage of over 290' km, the condition and the fuel consumption (11 liters) was accordingly bad. The existing damage was significantly more extensive than noted on the handover protocol. We documented these by photos and they did not pose any problems when we returned the car. During our 4.5' km the engine control lamp came on 3x, this is apparently normal in the road conditions. We had tried several times to reach the mobile service but this did not work due to my phone. An email asking for a call back was only answered with a reference to the hotline. The employees were very eager and courteous.

We loved the car rental experience. Everyone was so extremely helpful and made our experience wonderful. This company is by far the most fair with pricing and gave us the opportunity to see iceland in the most efficient and fun way! I will definitely rent from them again

Outstanding!

Simply perfect. We had a new car, perfectly working. Managed commuting from/to airport in few minutes and pick up /drop off just took 10 minutes. Nothing better than this. Well done guys!

Island ist immer für Abenteuer gut. Der Wagen wurde an Tag 2 getauscht, weil die Handbremse versagte. bei Auto 2 lösten sich am Tag 4 die Radmuttern hi re und 2 Radbolzen brachen dabei ab. Eine Notfallwerkstatt konnte am Sa Nachm notdürftig die beiden fehlenden ersetzen. Am Mo dann Tausch aller 5 Radmuttern. Das Auto hat uns dann um die ganze Insel gebracht.

Outstanding!

We loved the freedom of the campervan and being on the road in Iceland. We chose this version as it was the 'cheapest', but looking at other vans which were slightly larger but didn't seem to offer much more space, so we were happy with our choice. The downside was there was no where to sit in bad weather apart from the driver and passenger seats. The wifi in the van was excellent, but the satnav needed updated as it didn't recognise some roads. We were collected from the airport, given instructions and were on the road within an hour of landing and the pick up location is close to a supermarket. Staff at office were very helpful
