Got an upgrade to an Hyundai Tucson. Was nice even it wasn’t a 4x4.

Rental vehicle was much nicer than expected! We had a very new vehicle with in-dash GPS that we did not even request. It was also a hybrid and had the charge in the trunk, which helped save on gas prices. Our only issue was that there was not a spare tire with the car, only a flat repair kit. We popped a tire and had to wait quite a long time for the roadside assistance, but the dispatcher was extremely helpful and responsive and made sure everything was handled well. Flat tires are merely part of traveling in Iceland and I do not blame anyone for that! Having a spare tire onboard would really speed up the repair though. When we dropped off the car, there was a free shuttle there to take us back to our hotel rather than having to call an expensive taxi. I would definitely recommend renting from this company. Get the platinum insurance! It is worth it.

Great experience overall. Very clean car, very fuel efficient, and drove better than I thought a Yaris would. I was happy with the level of customer service from both Northbound and MYCAR, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both companies. Thank you for a seamless car rental experience in Iceland.

This was the best car rental we've ever gotten in Iceland! The tent was super comfortable and easy to use. We had no issues with the car and customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful!

The Toyota was the perfect Car for us (4 adult with luggage) to explore Iceland.

MyCar have a friendly staff and Toyota Corolla Wagon Hybrid is right choice for non off-road driving and exploring the beautiful country. In the future I will only recommend to put a map of Iceland in to the car.
