It was good. Most people in Iceland are not very friendly. It may be the culture. When returning my last vehicle one of the associates were more concerned about filling the coffee than assisting customers. I won’t go back to Iceland, based on my experience.

Hi, Runar, It was a perfect brand new car and we liked it. But how can you imagine renting a AWD without a spare wheel ? Just because it cost less to buy and anyway the flat are not include in the assurance. And if you call the assistance they don't really know what to do! King regards. Sylvie
