First it was chaotic but later after a few misscalls I got a good employe, that helps me with my questions.

Tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avions pris full assurance pour être tranquil. Le seul hic, c'est que c'est un véhicule hybride. Nous avions des rivières à traverser.De peur de noyer les batteries on a du abandonner 2 points d'intérêt. C'était noté nulle part. Mais ça a été également une petite économie sur l'essence 🤷🏼‍♀️ En dehors de ça, tout s'est parfaitement bien passé. Merci et Bravo à toute l'équipe Northbound pour la rapidité de réponse via mail ainsi que l'ouverture 24/24 ❤️ Je recommande à 100%

Hello we like the car but when we arrived at the airport we would prefer that ther come a sign were to go were you can pick up the car. We had to wait long. When we picked the car more information for parking in Iceland with the app.we didn’t get that.Also more information by picking up the car that a diesel how to use blue air. We did not know.

Our camper van was perfect for two of us. We got to the three person size and had plenty of room to put our gear. Having the heater was definitely appreciated at night. We also really appreciated the sink with running water. Even though we washed our dishes at campground, we like having running water as needed. The van drove smooth and had good pick up. We had a great four days

Our experience with Star was flawless. I wanted to rent a vehicle we don't see in the US, and the Dacia Duster is one of them. I did not expect a vehicle that was so impeccably maintained, and it operated as if new, despite 60,000 km on the odometer. The pickup and return processes could not have been easier, with our pickup at the cruise terminal and the return at Keflavik Airport. A note about the Dacia Duster - It's bigger on the inside! I still can't believe we fit all of our luggage and 4 people in that vehicle.

We were very satisfied. We had enough space for 3 people. The car always got us where we needed to go, and if necessary, the reserve can be used, which is reassuring. We got a discount chip for gas stations and refreshments along the way, which was very nice and we used it many times.. It made our journey through Iceland a very pleasent, Thank you very much. Tutto ottimo. Gli operatori ci hanno spiegato tutto. La.macchina disponibile era più vecchia di quella inizialmente prenotata (era del.2020 invece che 2023) e su richiesta ci hanno fatto upgrade, con una mitsubisci. Ho fatto assicurazione platinum (che consiglio) e non ho avuto alcun problema.

Bonjour Ívar, Notre séjour c’est très bien passé. Le véhicule est très bien pour 2 personnes, facile à conduire. Je ne verrai que 2 améliorations. Une casserole plus grande pour le repas et un câble électrique plus long (nous avons dû changer d’emplacement plusieurs fois dans les campings car nous n’avions pas accès aux bornes électriques). I was very pleased with the car and particularly with the helpfulness of staff at pick-up in the city. The only downside is that the pick-up location is quite far (nearly 5 km) from the centre. Information should have been provided on how to get there by bus, including how to pay the fare.

Perfect in all the aspets.

The car overall handled great. Plenty of space in the vehicle and even though I planned on camping a few nights, I actually ended up not (just changed my mind). But if I had, the equipment they provided would have been great. The company's staff at Black Sheep Campers went above and beyond helping me and making sure all my questions were answered. My only suggestions would be the follow- please leave a tire pressure gauge tool in the glovebox, please make sure any sensor notifications/issues on the car have been addressed before renting out the vehicle (I know this can be costly or sometimes it just happens). The tire pressure sensor was on from the moment I turned the car on upon first entering the vehicle on 8/20/24. I did call/text and speak with the staff to let them know. The tires were fine the whole trip, but it just made me a little paranoid on my first day driving the car in a foreign country.

The car was in perfect condition. Everything worked without any errors and without me having a feeling of insecurity.

We are quite satisfied, especially by the way the staff at Campin Cars treated us. The car was quite sufficient for our needs and handled itself very well. Thank you for directing us there.

Die Fahrzeugübernahme ging zügig, das Auto war sauber und vollgetankt. Wir durften uns über ein Upgrade auf einen Landrover freuen. Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen ging schnell und unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder!

We actually had a Mazda3 for our rental. Car was good, we had no problems. Airport pick up was frustrating as the Go Iceland representative was difficult to find and when he was found it was only pure luck that led us to him. A designated meeting spot would be very helpful, perhaps right next to the airport information desk.

[ ] Vehicle power cord stopped working the last night we had possession. [  ] Vehicle wheels were muddy when took possession. Had to go back to have them cleaned for proper use of the vehicle [  ] Wifi puck did not hold a charge well and had to constantly be plugged in to operate. Did not operate as advertised. [  ] Vehicle rear outlets were EU plugs only and having power to hull was only good for heat. There was no way to utilize the power for electronics charging at night other than running the vehicle. [  ] Fridge only works with external power. Attempted to use ice as a coolant when not able to plug it in. Since it does not stand up straight while loaded in the vehicle, water leaked out. [  ] No walk through talk through of the vehilce and utilities. Led us to difficulty when trying to figure out the vehicle along the way. Overall, it didnt seem like a very professional system as the vehicle was dropped on us and we did have some troubles, ultimately as a result.

When we arrive to Go Iceland, they gave us anorher car. A Dacia 4x2. The customer service was ok and the shutle airport too. We prefer another car more confortable, but the DACIA has run very well. Qt the end, all has been ok with GO Iceland
