The Dacia Duster from Rent.is was good . The service from Rent.is was very very good. The sleeping bags were up to the needs AKA they were confy and warm. The camping items were fine. I especially loved they gave me two gas canisters.

Staff puntuale e preciso, noi eravamo in due e non avevamo sacchi a pelo e nonostante avevamo scelto un van riscaldato sono stati utili ed inclusi nel prezzo concordato. Compagnia da consigliare.

It was a Renault Kangoo maxi Automatic. We were satisfied with this one and had no problems.

We were very happy with the car and the service from Ring. The car was really new (26.000 km), clean and perfect to explore the whole country without any problems. We can really recommend both the dacia duster, the Ring car rental and booking with northbound! Thanks for everything.

Duster performed well on gravel and f-roads. Fuels economy was also ok.

Was a great and easy car to drive in Iceland. Would've been better if there was Apple Carplay functionality

Renting a car was super fast and easy with only few steps online. Pick up and drop off location was very simple and comfortable. Car was economical and practical for visiting major turistic locations.

Instead of the Suzuki Vitara we got a better car, namely the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV, in excellent condition. So we are completely satisfied. Perhaps just a minor reservation about the under-inflated tires on the left side, but that was easily resolved at the gas station. The behaviour of the Lavacar rental staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Northbound redirected me to Lotus Car Rental, we payed the platinium insurance and no probleme for the drop off.

Met all my expectations

Hallo Ivar, wir haben zwar einen Renault gebucht, jedoch haben wir dann einen Nissan NV 200 Diesel erhalten. Das Fahrzeug hatte schon 266.000 km und einige Dellen - fuhr jedoch zuverlässig mit geringen Verbrauch von 4,7 l/100 km. Wir hatten einen Converter mitgebucht , jedoch erst später gemerkt, dass dieser nicht mitgeliefert wurde. Von daher fiel uns auf, dass der USB Anschluss im Cockpit nicht funktionierte. Die Campingausstattung war in Ordnung. Bei Außentemperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt haben wir nicht gefroren, dank der Standheizung. Der Nissan wurde unser Freund und für einen Road-trip auf Island perfekt. Wir würden bei Rent.is immer wieder buchen.

Our rental experinece was awesome. The car was great. We had specific requirements to accomodate our travel needs. There was ample space for alll four adult passnegers and 8 pieces of luggage. Both the pick up and return from the off site rental office went smoothly. Any time we emailed a question the response time was quick and informative. The rental cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company

Really great and easy experience! We ended up in an automatic hybrid which was even nicer than we thought we were going to get. Good communication and easy checkout/return process. No hidden fees. The guys at Lava Rental weren’t friendly but they got the job done and we were outta there real fast so who cares I suppose. Would recommend!

The trip was perfect. The van was as described and even better than expected. The booking process in Northbound was quick and easy. I would use it again and I recommend it

Our experience with Northbound and Lava was very good. Booking was simple, emails with questions were responded to promptly, and the pickup/drop off with Lava was quick and smooth. I originally was concerned about Lava as they had a few bad reviews online. Our experience with them was great. The 'car' was excellent for the 6 of us as we drove ring road, and then some.

Hi, All worked very fine. Quick car pick on Thrift. I was lucky to get Mazda Cx-5 instead. The only issue was to find the pick up point ( near bakery inside the airport). We had full insurance, hence no car inspection required (very comfortable). Return of the car quick , no issues.

Great service, all organised easily, car was clean and worked without any troubles. Airport transfer smooth and easy.

It was perfect. Vehicle was in perfect condition. So were the services. Everything as was scheduled. I would recommend.

The size of the car was perfect for 2 people, especially when parking you had advantages. It was also very comfortable on longer journeys and the fuel consumption was very low at around 4 litres per 100 km. You could also drive it on gravel roads without any problems. I can highly recommend this car.
