Good

The car was nice. I was disappointed that the comprehensive insurance that I purchased did not cover everything. The plastic engine cover underneath the car fell off a week into the trip. We were on the 26 road going to Vik. The cover fell off. I had to pull over on the side of the road and pick it up. I carried it a round for a week in the car. When I returned the car I was charged another $126 dollars for the part. I was disappointed that the full coverage did not cover this. Other than that the car worked out nicely.

Friendly and efficient service, chosen for price and allowance to drive on F-roads, and related assurance package. Car with a bit too much kilometers, thus we had a breakdown (clutch pedal return broken). Efficient and quick car substitution, but service network may be an issue Iceland-wide. Better choose newer vehicle for risk mitigation. For the rest everything went well.

The car was all we need for the travel, the size and engine fit perfect on all the conditions along islandic roads. The service from Ring was very professional. I will definitely recommend Northbound to any contact who is planning to make Island.

Northbound were recommended to us by Sigurour Oli Kolbeinsson. The service we received from ordering the car to collection and return was truly excellent. The Ring team we dealt with were really friendly and extremely helpful. The Dacia Duster was in excellent condition and was the perfect car for our trip. We would highly recommend Northbound / Ring and will be ordering from Northbound on our next trip to Iceland.

hello, car is ok for iceland, on all point of wiev, mechanic, diesel consumpion, comfort, space for bags. honestly it was a great surprise for me,its over our expectations. only i suggest to your team to give a fast check of car after a rent, our car had the convergence strongly to right, and to check pressure of tires second suggest is to update the navigator

We were very satisfied. We had enough space for 3 people. The car always got us where we needed to go, and if necessary, the reserve can be used, which is reassuring. We got a discount chip for gas stations and refreshments along the way, which was very nice and we used it many times.. It made our journey through Iceland a very pleasent, Thank you very much.
