The Duster was a brilliant car, will definitely hire one again when we return to Iceland in the future.

Great vehicle , but what was even better eas a staff member noticed the company I booked with would be closed when I arrived and they helped me find another company and car right away!!

From start to finish my rental experience with northbound & key car rents was smooth! Picked up the car with no issues, only thing I didn’t have was screen wash. Dropped it off right next to the airport so that was really convenient. I cannot fault this company. I didn’t need a deposit and I didn’t need a credit card just paid a one of waiver ! Thankyou to northbound & Key car rental I will be recommending and using this again !!! Fantastic!!

The service we received from northbound and Ring was excellent! The friendly Ring shuttle driver was waiting for us at the airport and the ride to the office was short. The man who greeted us there was friendly, cheerful and professional. The Dacia Duster was in a very good condition, it felt safe and well suited to the driving conditions and was very comfortable. We enjoyed it. It's never easy choosing a car rental company but we do not hesitate to recommend booking Ring through northbound. We would definitely use them again. Thank you.

Det var en fornøjelse med den modtagelse vi fik i Island. Bilen havde den perfekte størrelse til vort formål (en familie på 5 og en til tre voksne) ingen problemer ved modtagelse af bil og ingen klæbrig sælge der ville pådutte os flere ting end det vi havde bestilt. Helt klart at jeg vælger lotus car næste gang vi kommer til Island

Hello, firstly thank you for your rental we thoroughly got to enjoy Iceland due to the vehicle we rented. you run a very professional service. Upon arrival, we received a prompt shuttle service and at the office we met a lovely lady who aas helpful, kind, and extremely professional we were very grateful for how effortless she made the process, the vehicle itself was of reasonable condition, and was clean enough inside, though could have been cleaner. It was the vehicle we ordered and we were happy with how it preformed. Before returning the vehicle we vacuumed, and washed the inside throughly as there was some sand from your beautiful balck sand beaches and put an air freshener inside. It was a late night (3.00am) return and I had a little difficulty finding the office, when I called the office for help I received a very polite and helpful guidance from an employee to get the appropriate directions. Just as I was about to leave I was approached by a very rude employee who was acusing me of smoking in the vehicle, this upset me greatly as it was a false accusation, I did have used cigarette ends in my pocket, so as not to litter in areas that did not have trash cans so I could understand and accept that perhaps there could have been a smell of cigarettes. I do not accept the attitude of your employee who spoke to me on the issue. I am a very professional person and conduct myself as such. Your employee was extremely rude, almost aggressive in his language and was overly dismissive towards me,speaking to me like I was a child when I politely tried to explain, this interaction very much upset me and I left your office feeling angry and belittled for something that was based on false accusation. The employee who drove the airport shuttle was very nice,polite and friendly and made up for the ignorance of the staff member I delt with in the office. Thank you for a mostly good service, I would not leave this one negative interaction stop me from renting with you again, the customer service received was 10 out of 10 other than this employee, it would be great if this employee could reach the high standard set by his colleagues in the future. Perfect very comfortable

I’d like the car, simply, but a bit smaller then I expected. The car has some experience, but still in very good condition :-) Staff of Easycamp was soooo nice, friendly and simply awesome. Thx for that!

Great service, all really easy to organise at a great price. Car had a bit of wind damage but hardly unexpected considering it’s a hire car and not someone’s personal vehicle, all agreed with before accepting the car. Car ran faultlessly and ideal for its use. The guys at Ring were brilliant, superfast service and a great source of suggestions. Absolutely happy with the service and will do it exactly the same way on our next hoped for visit. Thank you.

This car was great. The customer support was good, when I had a query. The price was good to match others in the area. I got picked up on time from airport and the drop off was on time also. The vehicle was good, clean and in all working order and did what we needed which was travelling around Iceland. Information was provided in detail, and the customer service at collection/drop off was friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Thank you

Hi, The car we were given was a Ford Kuga which was lovely. Parking in central Reykjavik was never a problem mainly because we planned to leave before the parking restrictions started in the mornings and we returned towards the end of each day so we could park and leave the car overnight. The main issue for me was the distance to the Reykjavik office. I did consider paying to have the car delivered to the hotel, but decided to take a taxi there instead.

We were upgraded on the car that we originally hired upon arrival which was very nice. We did get the full protection for the car which was a little pricey but didn't want any unexpected costs. Overall very good.

The whole rental experience was simple, easy and the vehicle performed perfectly on our 2 week trip. Airport pick up was great and they dropped us off at our hotel when we had an early flight. The car didn't have to be washed, only tidy which was very convenient.

Excellent. The car type was as ordered, a Subaru XV. The pickup from the airport and delivery of the vehicle went smoothly and I was on my Iceland adventure with no delays. The same can be said of the drop off and shuttle to the airport. The car itself performed well for our 2 week hire and we were very pleased we used Northbound and Icerental 4x4.
