I've used Northbound 2 times to rent the car and it was an easy experience. This time I had to change my reservation last minute and you accommodated that easily. Thrifty was good. No issues and a pretty good price.

Our rental through Northbound went great. The car was priced well, the customer service was very responsive, and the airport pickup was seamless. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Iceland!

For the family of five, of which are 3 small children, the car felt good on the road and some unpaved paths. It was easy to drive. The cas has built in navigation, but it is a little outdated and it is hard to use because touch screen wasn't responding. If traveling with small children, we recommend at least booster seats because the back seats are very deep and children have hard time looking through the window. And in a country as beautiful and with so many wonders as Icelanda, you are ripping them off of breath-taking scenary.

The car is really super, the bed is very comfortable The only problem is that the car consumes a lot But for that price is amazing

Great company, great customer support, very smooth airport transfer. More gas for the cooker would have been fair. (I now know that happy campers provides you with 4 cans, lava only with one, prices are comparable)

It is a comparatively new car. Easy to drive. I felt safe to drive on the unpaved road. I always have confident on Toyota. I would choose this model over all other make/model of cars. The navigation needs to update however as many of the attractions are not listed. Having said that it is a good car at good price.

hello we had no problems with the car, despite it not being in very good condition and with a lot of kilometers (310,000), in France we are not used to that, I only regret that your staff does not want to make a condition of the car during pick up, we say only take pictures, and when returning the car, that you do not return the deposit. 2500€ all the same, I point out to you that I still do not have proof that you had returned it to me, while the person who made the return told me that I would receive an email, which I did not the case because it is now more than 15 days. You have a credit card terminal to take the deposit, this same terminal must be used to return the deposit on return, that's how it works in all countries, why not at home. Cordially Daniel DEJUNIAT

Excellent car

It was the perfect car to explore Iceland. Good for „normal“, gravel and off-road traveling.
