Car Rentals in Iceland

We didn't get the car we had booked. Instead of car Fiat Doblo Maxi, we had Renault Express, smaller car. Be careful to inspect everything because things were missing ! Staff is ok, kind, airport shuttle.

We had a very good experience with our car. The car was in a good condition and had all we needed.

Had to wait 2 hours for vehicle to be ready. Did not have all items and in quantities we ordered. Had to ask. In a 5 - 10 min instructions did not tell us that you turn on the gas you had to press some red button for 5 seconds. Spent first night without the gas. For the bed that converts from the table/couch they did not give us right pieces to make it fully usable. Had to improvise. Shower was leaking into the main seating area. On the plus side, the stuff was responsive and friendly, reachable by WhatsUp on the road. The vehicle was new and was driving very well. They offer free shuttle from the airport. In the end we enjoyed our trip.

Car rental was super easy! Someone pick us at the airport and we leave with the car in 5 minutes when arrived to the office. Car was clean and it has everything we need. Table and chair was included in price, whitc was good, because everywhere else we look it was for extra charge. Bed and pillow were comfy and clean. Car rental in northbound was super pleasant and customers service was excellent.

It was a great brand new van! Not much else to say since it was so new and nice!

The vehicle itself was very nice. The young people working in the office were INCREDIBLE!!! The service they all provided was above & beyond anything I would have expected. Please let me know that they all should be commended.

The car was a little bit banged up but that wasn't a problem for me. Everything else except pickup was perfect. By the time we got off the airport at 2 am there were dozens of people waiting for pickup like me and the pickup car only had the capacity of 8. The pickup car was also carrying customers from other companies and there were only 1 small van for dozens of people waiting from various companies. In the end we couldn't keep waiting and ended up taking a cab to the rental office. I also saw other customers arriving in a cab like me. It's clear that there needs to be more cars during peak arrival hours. I would have probably chosen a company stationed inside the airport if I knew pickup was going to be this messy. At some point the driver got so stressed out by dozens of people asking questions he threw the board to the ground from frustration. The situation is clearly stressful for him too. But other than that I'm really happy with the car in general

The car was e Maxda CX-5, it was ok, but the car had some bumps and the right side wiper was broken and the visibility was therefore restricted and we had to clean by hand. We also found some waste from the previously customer, which was not so amazing. Bur all in all it was ok.

Generally, it was a great experience. Very smooth pick up and drop off. I do recommend that some instructions about parking and tolls should be mentioned orally more evidently.

The car was excellent and was big enough for 4 persons. The only complaint would be that we first got a car, where one tire had no tread left. Thus we had to ask for different car. But that was no problem in the end.

We had a wonderful trip to Iceland, with this car. The car was good, nice and a fantastic way to see Iceland. Good service and communication about the car.

Your collegue Heidi is great !! We decided to switch from car since the Sorento ws not safe enough to cross the F26 and she arranged a Toyota Landcruiser and let it bring to us while we were 270K far away !! Great service !!!

I really enjoyed my trip and the car. I had a 5am pickup but no one was at the airport until 6:15ish. After returning the car and getting home from my trip I received an email about minor damage to the car. I took a ton of pictures and submitted them back in the email. The damage was preexisting. The little sticker that was near one of the marks as prerecorded damage had been taken off which seemed fishy. Other than that it was a good experience. I still haven’t heard back from the email of pictures I submitted of damage that was already on the car when I picked it up.

The car was in perfect conditions and absolutely great for our trip!

I personally travel with a budget and this was the best option. This way I did not have to spent a lot of money on overnight and I also was able to drive around the island.
