Outstanding!

it is a no thrill car , but very reliable a reasonably costed. We did around 2.000 km in 7 days without any problem. I am glad i found Northbound and will not miss to choose them again on my next trip to iceland

Good

Good car and good service, but value for money is a bit unbalanced. for the Dacia Duster which has a basic set-up the price is a bit high

Fantastic!

Hey! The car was nice to drive and it has good features. Good mattress and okay accessories. Two recommendations: We had difficulty keeping warm even in good summer weather. I think you should recommend a heating system even in the summer and not just make it an optional extra. Additionally, the cooking equipment works, but a kettle would have been good for boiling water, and it's a must with the two burners. That type of gas cylinder loses pressure quickly, so it takes a very long time to cook. But overall, a nice car and good recommendations from me!

The folks at Star Rental are friendly snd helpful. They explained everything very well. The little camper was well equipoed. I arrived early to the airport and sent an email. Our pick up came right away!

Outstanding!

Overall the camper was great as it had everything we needed! Only thing that didn't work was the cigarette lighter for charging phones, but that was only a small inconvenience and they said they would fix it. It is a basic camper relative to the other vans you see out there, but it was perfect for what we needed and the price was right.

Dear Northbound. The service at star car rental was really good. - perfekt. I had some problems from Home, because i only have debit visa and debit Mastercard, but that was no problem. So thank you for that. The car was a bit slibbery on the Road. But i have blevet driven a 4+4 before and i did not know how to turn it on or of. But the car was alarm about slidding on the Road. (A lot) Otherwise it was a Nice car. The Reason We booked with you, was because we where able to book without depositum.

The car rental was great. Northbound was a perfect team partner in selecting and reserving my rental which had all insurances included in the price, the car rental from Star Rental Cars and a representative picked me up from the airport and waited patiently for me even though we were an hour late. Staff was cordial and informative.

The camper rental was a phenomenal value. The layout of the van made sense, gave us as much space as possible for both storage and sleep, and really allowed us to best utilize our available space. Star Car Rental's customer service was top notch, being incredibly helpful with items for the camper, resources when problems arose, and overall flexibility. I highly recommend using Star Car Rental to anyone visiting Iceland.

We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Star Car Rental. Everything from booking, pick up from the airport, and getting our car went incredibly smoothly. We even had a few mishaps with the car (flat tire, etc.) and they were extremely responsive and helpful with our questions when we called. Would recommend Star Car Rental to anyone!

Amazing! Couldn't fault our whole experience! The camper was extremely well equipped, especially having everything you need to cook (saucepans, cutlery, bowls etc). The process of collecting & dropping off the car was so quick & easy.

the car was perfect and went well for the whole rental time, including some dirt roads; they did not pick us up immediately at the airport upon arrival and we had to call; on departure they were instead very quick in accompanying us to the airport. the staff were friendly and helpful and the holiday was wonderful

This was the perfect car for our trip to Iceland. It was delivered promptly by a kind employee who gave us useful tips. We drove from Reykjavík, to Vik, up east, through the north and the Westfjords, and back (and a few F Roads) with no issues. Great handling, easy to use once you get familiar. A+++++.

Wir hatten nur gute Erfahrungen mit dem Auto und der Vermietung. Guter Service, wie zum Beispiel der Shuttle Service von der Autovermietung zum Hotel am Flughafen von einer netten Mitarbeiterin und mit dem Auto hat auch alles gestimmt. Einziges kleines Manko war dass es nachts etwas feucht an der Decke wird. Nach großzügigem lüften war es aber schnell wieder trocken. Ansonsten war alles top. Wir können die Autovermietung empfehlen!

Der Camper war mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Grundsätzlich benötigt man gutes Wetter, sonst sollte man evtl. einen etwas größeren Camper wählen.
