Lotus Car Rental in Iceland

The service was very good , they are waiting at the AirPort when we arrived to bring us to the company with the car. It was a good car !

This car rental experience was great and I had no issues or complaints whatsoever. The process was easy, simple, and really meet my needs. I didn't wait long to get the car or even drop it off. The staff was very pleasant to work with as well.

The rates are really high, but this seems to be just normal in Island. Everything was fine, we loved the WLAN-connector.

Everything was accordong to plan. A person waiting at the airport Hej took us to the car rentav where everything was in order and in 5 min we left The same when we returnera the car. Everything very smoth

Very nice service. Every time i had a question or needed help with something i got it and they answered quickly and solved my problems ( change car and find a alternative to my first choise ). They was fast ,very helpful and i give them 10 stars out of 10. Every thing was very smooth and exaktly as promised.

Great You should inform people how the tunnel toll's work. We received access charges because we did not know the process.

Good service for Lotus Car rental, they have more efficient checkin and return car. I do highly recommend this company

Was a nice a clean car.

We were happy with our rental overall until it came to returning the vehicle. Apparently since we rented a new vehicle they did not have a fuel card for us. We were told to keep our N1 gas station receipts and that we would be given a refund upon return in replacement for the fuel card. We have not received a refund to date, customer service has been unresponsive and it was been well over a month now. Unfortunately I would absolutely not recommend Lotus to anyone given the lack of care upon return of the vehicle, which is a shame as it was over something as petty as a roughly $60CAD fuel refund that we were told would be honoured. This is extremely disappointing given an otherwise satisfactory experience.

Very smooth process and felt very well looked after. Rental was very organised and no issues. Everything explained well.

Everything was easy, and they were flexible when our flight changed and I asked them to pick up the vehicle earlier. We had a low tyre pressure warning after pick up, so we had to stop to put some air, but it was an easy fix. What I would recommend for others is to go for the platinum insurance, we only had the basic one, and I was stressed the whole time as I wasnt familiar with how many of gravy roads Iceland has. I was super careful and had no gravy or sand damage, but it was extra stress on me.

We originally chose Northbound for a trip that we had to cancel due to the pandemic. Based on the good customer service we received then, we decided to stick with Northbound when we re-booked the trip.

We got a newer Kia. Took us everywhere we needed. Good little car.

Amazing!

The reservation was easy, the car was perfect and the shuttle from and for the airport was OK ! I really liked the fact that some extra insurances were offered but without pressure of taking one of them. The car we rented was exactly the one we got. And people at the lotus car office were friendly ! Great time for us !
