Everything was at the highest level!arrived, picked up at the airport on time, the issuance of Cars took only 20 minutes!When returning there was no problem.All perfectly!Recommend

Fantastic clean and modern car with all the space we needed for a family of 5! The service at Thrifty was amazing, very friendly and it was very easy to take the shuttle bus from the airport (it’s literally just around the corner) and took no time to get our car and also the return was fast and easy!

It was great except I never found the cruise control on this vehicle. Did it have cruise control?

Hi Runar, we did not receive a Toyota, it was a Hyundai which was surprisingly pleasant to drive. the GPS we rented was not very easy to use and often created more frustration than usefulness.

The car was perfect for our trip. It was clean and the fuel full. Thanks Regards LP

New car , perfect and comfortable

To bad I could not bring back my car the last day to the city centre. for the rest good service. and lovely people.

This car is incredibly uncomfortable for a person who is 5' 1" in height. However, it was clean and functional with the exception of the wind damaged and repaired passenger door which did not function well. Your staff seem unhappy with their jobs and don't seem to realize that they are representing Iceland to visitors. One went out of his way to give us advice on driving the Golden Circle which was great and appreciated. However, the one who received the car back ahould have greeted us nicely and given us a brief overview of the steps involved inthe returns process when we arrived. He really was not friendly at all.

New car great experience

Icerental 4x4 for me was all good. They have expensive deposit policy, blocking 200000 ISK, i'm read review on them before booking, so was ready, but many customers complain about this. Car itself was in normal condition, bit worn by usage and time, but clean and in good technical condition, so nothing to complain.

My general experience with Grand Iceland it's positive due we had a great trip, the campervan worked perfectly and the mattress was confortable (slept really well). The man that attended us was talkative and funny. He was really nice giving us tips, recommendations, extra blankets and flexibility with the drop off. Even gave us him phone number to be in contact just in case anything happened. I really appreciated it. As a cons, I'd say I found a little lack of professionalism since the sink and tab were leaking ( talked to another Grand Iceland user and told me his was leaking too ). Also rented one table and two chairs, noticed they were not on the van and had to go back to Reykjavik the day after. I could not make the table stand more than one feet over the ground since looked like the legs did not belong to that table and both chairs were broken and could not use them ( and huge since you want them small to save space in the van ). Besides that, if they solve those little cons I would recommend this company to other users.

Although we had to wait one hour for our pick up it was a pleasure with Camping cars. everything was very simple and good. Thank you Camping cars.

Es war eine angenehme Fahrt mit diesem Fahrzeug

I was so impressed with the Dacia Duster and found it in perfect condition, easy to drive and excellent on the gravel roads and in difficult weather- it felt very safe. The car seats were comfortable and the Roof Tent was brilliant and very quick to put up, it was super clean, kept dry and the mattress and sleeping bags were great. The staff at Icerental 4x4 were all really efficient, cheerful, helpful and friendly. They set us up well for our trip and were kind and considerate when we returned the vehicle. I would definitely rent again with Iceland 4x4. Thank you!

They pick us up at the airport on time. We get good instructions about the 4x4 car. The car and equipment was okee. They drive us back at the airport at 4 am in the morning. And we have 24/24 support, we didn't need it, but it is good to know that in case you needed, it is there.

Nice car to drive!

It was actually a Hyundai... but it was easy... good visibility.... no problems at all. Of course the GPS was totally worth it
