Great little car with 4x4 for off road driving

Northbound were great to book with. Super simple and made it easy to edit our booking. Star rentals were also very good and accommodating! Thank you!!

Car was comfortable and performed very well for us. Wagon had plenty of space for our luggage.

Good car for the F-Roads, of corse not for deep river crossings. But F225 was not a problem.

My experience with Northbound was very satisfying. The car I rented was good enough and did the job where we needed it for which was getting us to Reykjavik and driving us safely through beautiful Iceland. Nothing more to tell about the car itself. I would recommend Northbound to other people because of the service that was delivered by them. I had never rented a car before so for me it was stressy to go through procedure of renting a car. But Northbound assisted me very well before and during my trip to Iceland. Nothing but love and appreciation from my side to you Northbound.

The van was in a really good condition and we had everything we needed!

I did not enjoy the experience When we book the car we expected the Toyota Rav 4 as shown on the booking website as well as our confirmation on your website. We got a Mitsubishi Outlander instead. The reason why we picked the Toyota is because we were familiar with the car and the value you offer as well as the gas mileage. Also the Mitsubishi we received the Bluetooth didn’t work. We were not able to connect our map to the infotainment system. We had to carry our phone for the direction through the entire trip. The staff member told us that it’s because of the manufacturing problem. This is not acceptable! I do not understand why this car would be rented out when you know everyone who’s traveling to Iceland and is renting a car needs the map/ GPS. And the car was not pre checked before we received it. The low tire pressure light went on the day we revived the car. We had to pump the air ourselves.

very friendly, very efficient service and around a third cheaper than other companies! I liked that we could pick the car up from the city and drop it off at the airport too.
