South Coast by Minibus
The South Coast of Iceland has many natural wonders and quaint villages to explore. During this tour we will travel through lava fields, past mountains and glaciers to the southernmost part of Iceland.
This is an inexpensive sightseeing tour where you get to see most of the South coast's pearls. Departure is from Reykjavik and first thing to pass is the famous Eyjafjallajokull.
Next is a stop at Seljalandsfoss waterfall, a waterfall you can actually walk behind, when it's not too slippery. Skogafoss is close by, another beautiful waterfall that is one of the largest ones in Iceland. The black sand beach is dramatically majestic but be careful, the waves are enormously powerful so don't get too close!
A brief visit to the village of Vik is next up before we turn back to Solheimajokull glacier where we take a short hike.
