Outstanding!

The Ford Kuga was perfect with its studded tyres making you feel safe on the icy roads. The cruise control, SatNav and lane assist features were also very helpful. The car needed a top up of AdBlue which should have been done by the depot but was easily sorted at a fuel station.

There was confusion at the Thrifty counter because they tried to charge me $150 USD more than my reservation. I spent 45 minutes there resolving the issue which involved all three employees at the location as well as one of their supervisors via phone.

I've used Northbound 2 times to rent the car and it was an easy experience. This time I had to change my reservation last minute and you accommodated that easily. Thrifty was good. No issues and a pretty good price.

I was upgraded to a 3008 Peugeot. The car was wonderful, was in a clean and good condition, and the staff at the rental agency were extremely helpful, kind, and reachable. At the vehicle return, Renata was extremely helpful and informative, and made renting a vehicle a very positive experience. The Super CDW package is highly recommended, as Iceland has unpredictable weather and road conditions, and I was spared a £3,300 bill because of it.
