Outstanding!

It was absolutely great. It was my first time driving a left hand drive vehicle and being on the opposite side of the road. Combined with the unpredictable elements and weather of Iceland made the anticipation of hiring a vehicle slightly worrying. However the automatic 4x4 Kuga was certainly the right option for winter and put any concerns to bed pretty quickly. What a beauty!

Very comfortable and safe car, much appreciated. Only one small advice for improvement: the Front Window was not well cleaned from inside which is a weakness at all car rental companies

Everything went fine. got an upgraded, sophisticated vehicle (Peugeot 2008). The pick up and drop off was smooth. One of the staff showed the controls as we are pretty new with auto gear vehicle. overall very satisfied.

Everything went extremely well. One suggestion would be to include the phone number for the local taxi for those going to and from the cruise terminal. +354 451-1010.

Good

On pickup, we found out that thrifty doesnt accept prepaid credit cards. Even though i asked northbound about this before and i was assured they would, thrifty managed to work around with it though. In addition, the down payment we made for the car wasn’t taken into account on pickup and we paid full price. We are still in the process of getting a refund.

The process was easy The service was great I don’t have any feedback on what could be better next time, other than a bit more clarifying on where pick up Station P2 is once you leave the airport. The information desk inside the airport asked us to wait in the lobby and someone from P2 would come in to get us. Once we went outside, we were unsure, due to signage how to get to P2. The prices seem a little high, but I know that Iceland is a bit more than what price you would pay here in the US.

Everything worked perfectly, from picking up the car to dropping it off. The staff was very friendly, and the car was in perfect condition. Highly recommended.
