A little confusion on how/when to get picked up by the shuttle on the way to the rental office, other than that no problems at all!

All your company service was good :) the only thing that we will suggest you was to add pickup and droppoff from reikiavik, because we had to spend in 4 flybus tickets that adding it up was a big amount of money. Also the car had a lot of bumps and was not the easier to drive car, wich made us nervous the entire time.

I was confused upon arrival because I was looking for a. Northbound sing for the pick up, but the guy who picked us up had a sign of go Iceland. But anyway the guy was around and I asked and he explained. Your staff was ok and very efficient, but they seem they don’t enjoy their jobs very much. A smile in costumer service goes a long way.

Everything went well. It was good to have wintertires. On start of rental they only shew me old scratches on the car by screen on the computer for 2 seconds. No sheet handout. I prefer to get information about scratches that have been before and be part of the contract. The drop off date I asked for a copy and the man there gave me, but said it is unusual to give it to the customers.

The tour was perfect, from receiving the vehicle to handing it over. I lost the license plate I had to have it returned to a garage, they reimbursed me for the costs.

Fine

Instead of the Nissan, we got a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV with worn out dampers, old wiper blades and a front wheel that constantly lost air. And the fuel consumption of this car was insane, it has the highest fuel consumption of all cars that I ever drove.
