"Very disappointing experience. After a tyre blowout, we had to wait 8 hours in the cold for help. The support and communication were extremely poor, was ghosted more than 10 times (literally!!!!) got “transferred” to another colleague like 3 times and didn’t really get any information over the course of two weeks (still nothing). I also still don’t... Leia mais have the money back i was promised to get send back two weeks ago (i paid it because i got a to large bill i had to pay in advance). Would not recommend."

"Car in great condition. Very good price, and close to the airport. Car return was also seamless, from the waiting time to the inspection and the shuttle. My only two downsides: Very long wait for the shuttle upon arrival, with no updates (the email stated someone would be there). Unable to take all 6 passengers at once (not a major issu... Leia maise, my wife and son waited). However, on the second shuttle run, even though she had been waiting for a long time (1h–1h30?), she was told to figure it out on her own because the shuttle was full with people who arrived after her. Additionally, I picked up a car with a tire pressure warning that came on immediately. I was given to understand that I shouldn't have come back and that I had to deal with it myself (I disagree: when I pay for a service, I expect a functional, fully checked vehicle). Overall, I remain satisfied."
