"I would not say that car is 2024. Nevertheless it was perfectly fine. The car didn’t have any phone holder or charger, but the WiFi module was totally unusable and useless. Cannot figure why there was textile and rubber floor mats at the same time, also fit was not best. Would recommend to have tyre repair kit in the car, just in case. Confus... Suggestion for future is to make a quick guide to mail before check in ( take off the car) what to expect etc. Overall really happy with the booking. Would recommend."

"Everything with the rental and car was good. However, more information about payment for the Vaðlaheiði Tunnel would have been nice — maybe some information in the car. It was a shame to come back and receive a fine of 2400 ISK when we had such a good trip. Maybe think about that in the future."

"Pick up at the airport to the rental was easy for our party of 6. The sign in went well easy. The vehicle we were given had some body damage but I took a video of the vehicle's body, there was a probem with a front tire with the air needing to be filled. "This was the best most affordable company I found after a good bit of looking. Super friendly no hassle pick up from the airport and then a very timely drop off. Highly recommend would go with them again rather than one of the big companies that really don’t care."

"shuttle pick up was challenging. No signs on people stating "Northbound". Very frustrating. Took over an hour and had to ask numerous people. this car was absolutely the most UNCOMFORTABLE car I have ever rented. The pictures on line make it look bigger than what it actually is. Return instructions were the worst, emergency numbers did not work because I was told from the attended that it was "my provider." Lots of BS and we were charged a 2nd day! Attendant would not cut us any slack on this. Again, never happened before. took us over 1.5 hours to find the rental return address and then we were charged an extra day. BTW.. we rented 2 cars from you and same experience except their hot spot worked and ours didn't. Honestly, I would rather pay more for better service from another vendor than go through all of this BS again. We should be refunded for an additional day because phone numbers did not work and we could not find the location. Worst experience ever and I travel frequently. the only good thing I could say is that the shuttle guy, Lucas was great!"
