Þrístapar

Þrístapar is a part of the Vatnsdalshólar formation, a group of three small hills on the north side of the road, the site of the last execution in Iceland, January 12th 1830, when Natan Ketilsson’s murderers, Agnes and Friðrik, were beheaded.
