"Overall, the vehicle was in good condition. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved: the upholstery had some stains, the kitchen could have been cleaner, the black water tank tablets did not work properly, the fuel tank was difficult to open, there were no cups provided, and the insurance I purchased through your company was not ac... 查看更多cepted."

"Good for 2 adults. Very economical diesel vehicule. I had a question and they answered me quickly. Good service from Northbound and RV Icerental."

"Otrevlig personal. Många trasiga saker på inredningen i bilen som efter extensiv användning."

"Mechanic issue- tires were very worn, time to change them. L front headlight did not work. Shuttle issue- shuttle on arrival was very prompt, set up mistaken expectation. Departure shuttle took 30 min to arrive, so we missed boarding the flight by 10 min. Attempt to discuss options with RV Iceland staff after missed flight was icily rebuffed, no... 查看更多 discussion was to be held."

"The Fiat we had seems to be much older then a 2020. Couldn't have the information of the exact year. We had a problem with the draining of the pipe. The drain of the shower didn't work properly so we could not use the shower and the kitchen sink was mostly draining in the shower. We addressed the situation at Rv Iceland. They ask us to go at a gar... 查看更多age not far from where we were. The problem seemed to be fix but came back the next shower. We finally meet at a campground on the 5th day with RV Iceland and change the RV. After that, no problem. They're response to our problem finally went ok."

"We a wonderful time in Iceland travelling around in the campervan from RV Iceland. Apart from an initial problem with the power cord not fitting, luckily, we had not traveled far in order to go back and get this rectified the first evening. Otherwise, our experience was very good."

"First time in a caravan with my family... everything went well"

"Hi Northbound, It’s been a pleasure to take the camper around Iceland, it was raining a lot but because the camper was equipped with a diesel operated heating system that kept the inside always warm made the trip pleasant, Best regards Hank"

"We had to subscribe a new assurance policy from the rental company because for the deposit they accepted only credit card registered to the rental contractor and don't accept AMEX credit card. The amount of the rental contractor plus the deposit exceeded my spending limit on VISA card."

"Overall very good. Thanks There were a couple of things to mention. There were no coffee cups or storage containers supplied(we purchased some and left them in the van) The kitchen knife was very blunt. A vehicle with apple car play/android auto or a nav unit would be a great addition for tourists."

"Great rig and outstanding service - professional and friendly! Would use them again."
