“The car we received was in poor condition. We got it in the car and saw right away that it needed an oil change, the light was on and the milage was over the distance on the sticker. We started driving away and noticed that while the hood was closed... it was not locked, so we had to pull over and re-close the hood. I would expect this to be done before a car was given to someone to drive away. The back headlight would half pop out when you closed the trunk. The media system would reboot every 10-20 minutes interrupting our sound system, and with that, the google maps directions. It would take about 2 minutes to finish the re-boot and then reconnect. The car would also struggle to go up hills. The staff were very nice and friendly. Check in went very smooth. Other than the wi-fi device we were given took 5-10 minutes to turn on and connect. This was also something that delayed us while on our trip, as it would happen every time the wi-fi had to be turned on which was every morning, or after being out of the car for a few hours. Check out was also okay. Except the shuttle service was very late.”

“Car was ok except wind shield broken ( security), but the service not so good. Car not refulled, no service shutle at airport, i had to wait and finaly to paid a taxi. Then extra cost not so clear. Get the feeling to be tricked with the free Coffee... coupons. Why should i pay 5000isk for parking ticket management ( which were cleared to compensate the taxi cost i paid and not reimboursed)”

“It was a very good choice - optimal combination of force and comfort. Not as big as a classical caravan, but possible to access the 4x4 roads. We were mobile and able to adapt our plans in respect to weather conditions. Sleeping was fine, heating w... orked perfectly. The fuel consumption is in accordance with the weight of he vehicle.”

The height of the vehicle above the road, allowed us for excellent views of the road in front of us, as well as the scenery around us in the power... of the in allowed us to climb the F toads with ease,”

“It had some sounds that made us nervous all though our journey Me mailed them but didn’t get any response There were problems with the tires The lamp kept going as it was losing air So we had to keep top of the tires primarily the back left on... e with that in mind we had to cut some plans on our trip for safety reasons The motor lamp also get of som pollution thing that they told us was fine to keep going The car was similar as described but way older than represented at the web order all after all would be fine with some sort of discount but that ain’t happening 🤣”

“I did not receive a Tesla 3. I received a Tesla Y. It was a little odd because I'm used to the other car. The automatic stay-in-lane system would fire all the time, which was very annoying. Other than that it was flawless, easy, and I had fun.”

“Definitely recommend renting with Star. Van clean and all in working order. No problem picking up and dropping off at our hotel instead of the airport. Sleeping bags of good quality, plus extra blankets. Basic stove with plenty of gas supplied.... Multiple USB connectors on the dashboard If I rented again I would bring a small tarp to rig over the back doors for when it rains. Or rent a tarp if the company included it as an additional add on. All round the Dacia Dokker was perfect for two adults”
