Good

Hi, The car we were given was a Ford Kuga which was lovely. Parking in central Reykjavik was never a problem mainly because we planned to leave before the parking restrictions started in the mornings and we returned towards the end of each day so we could park and leave the car overnight. The main issue for me was the distance to the Reykjavik office. I did consider paying to have the car delivered to the hotel, but decided to take a taxi there instead.

Outstanding!

Great experience with Northbound and Thrifty. There were “computer issues” at the airport so the associate drove over and picked us up. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Prices were excellent as well.

Outstanding!

The Mazda was unavailable, but the comparable Ford vehicle provided performed well and we were pleased with it. The staff person we dealt with was excellent and most helpful.

Fine

We did not receive a 2023 Peugeot 3008 Automatic, the car that we received Ford Puma was not the equivalent size either. We were bursting at the seams, it was a daily struggle to fit our luggage in the trunk and my two teenagers were very cramped.
