All was fine. Arnauldur and Isak from Foss were both quick to respond to all queries and were a pleasure to communicate before and during our trip to Iceland.

Excellent

A couple hiccups - this biggest being that the keys were left with hotel reception as FOSS was short staffed and unfortunately the people at reception had no clue and couldn’t find the key. Communication by FOSS was excellent and problem was solved. Communication was excellent throughout and they demonstrated flexibility. I would recommend FOSS again.

Hi, actually the experience started quite bad as in you system I booked a 7 seat car and FOSS had in their system just a 5 seat car so you did something wrong in between. Fortunatelly FOSS called me the day before and we could see the error. And they could manage to provide to us a car that suited our needs. Please I want to remark that FOSS staff was very very efficient and kind and I would definitely rent a car with them again.

Todo fue excelente de principio a fin. Aquí vas a tener el mejor precio ya que te compara los precios actuales de varias arrendadoras. Con mi vehículo me ahorré como $400 US. Tuve un problema con Parka que me dieron 3 boletos de estacionamiento por error ya que mi esposa es discapacitada, pero le envié la información al personal de Northbound y lo resolvieron al instante. De seguro volvería a rentar con ellos y se los recomendaría a cualquiera.
