"Renting the 2022 Fiat Doblo Maxi was a great decision. It was clean, efficient and the heater worked great at night to help keep us warm. I would bring an extra blanket though to put over the top of the sleeping bags for those extra cold nights. W... Lestu meirae were glad we did. They provide nice pillows, fresh towels and everything you need to make hot tea or coffee which is all we need to enjoy ourselves. We didn't bother camp-cooking. One funny thing about the camper is that it has no cup holders. Be prepared to really enjoy this camper. Next time we come we want to rent a bigger unit that has an indoor table. "It was kinda small but work out pretty fine for a solotrip for a couple of days. Since I had booked the car with pick up and drop of in Keflavik Air Port, I was quite surprised to find out that I had to go to Reykjavik. It became a bit of a hassle... Lestu meira but due to other plans, but it worked out allright with the flybus. Just time spent on transport that I didn’t expect. I had expected an integrated “overnight heating system” and not an electrical fan, which made me dependant on power. I suggest that you inform customers about that in your info material. Other than that - no issues with the car and super responsive and helpfull support. Thanks for the ride!"

"The RV was good. If you are planning to rent a RV in Iceland,make sure you go over the comple function of the RV. When they say watch the forecast, watch it the wind. "The car was fine overall, one detail was that we had roof rails on our car, which made a loud noise when going above 30km/h. It was so loud and annoying that even radio could not mask the noise. Over all, the car worked perfectly. Price was decent (h... So i was pretty worried that even with full insurance we could still pay…"

"I had a good experience with A Car Rental. The car was new, in great condition, and the pickup process went smoothly without any issues. However, there was one thing I found disappointing at pickup. I had booked the car more than six months in advan... Lestu meirace and selected the most comprehensive insurance option available at the time, as I wanted to have as much coverage as possible. When I arrived, the owner told me that the insurance options had changed. The insurance I had originally selected was still available, but there was now a new, more comprehensive option that supposedly reduced the risks to zero. As a result, I had to pay an additional €100 on the spot. This was an unpleasant surprise because I had planned my budget based on the original booking price and had not expected any additional costs. I also felt that I had little choice but to pay, considering the road conditions in Iceland and how expensive even minor damage could be. What if I hadn't had that extra €100 available? I had chosen the most comprehensive insurance offered when I made my booking, so I don't think it was fair to introduce a new option at pickup and put customers in a position where they feel they have no choice but to pay more. Apart from this issue, I have no complaints. The car itself was great, and everything else went smoothly. I just wish the insurance terms had remained the same as when I made the reservation, or that any changes and additional costs had been communicated in advance"
