The entire vehicle rental process went very smoothly. The personnel renting the vehicle to me was very professional and always asked if I had any questions on the rental. He offered additional information (such as the discount fob for gasoline fill-ups as well as the APP to install on your CELL phone making it so easy to pay for parking in the metered spaces as well as the various attraction parking lots). What great information. This company is so people oriented! Great place to rent a vehicle.

The communication and the instructions were very detailed! The car was really nice except one small problem with the tires ( they were very old and we missed a day because of a flat tire). The problem was solved easily though and we changed all 4 tires with no extra fees which I appreciate!

Very Good

Ivar, The rental experience we had was wonderful. The car was very nice and ran very well. Your personnel at pickup and drop off were very pleasant and helpful. The only issue I had was at pickup. The car still had food and drink trash left in it in the center Console and there was only 3/4 of a tank of gas in the car. The paperwork reflected a full tank. Unfortunately for me I did not notice these items until after I had left the pickup location to return to the cruise ship to pick up my wife who was waiting in the rain with our luggage. My fault for not checking first but something your team should be more attentive to. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback and visit your beautiful country. We spotted the staff holding the MYCAR sign just two minutes after we arrived. The pick-up and drop-off process was seamless, and I would definitely use them again on our next trip to Iceland. Excellent service!
