"Absolute must-avoid. I booked with Mycar via the Northbound website 6 months before my visit and was deceptively convinced I had reserved a fully loaded, late-model Toyota Cross. However, when I made it to the Enterprise counter (since why actually supply the vehicles) through the Orlando-at-Christmas crush I was handed keys to a Dacia Duster, whic... Leia maish is not in any universe comparable to a Toyota and in any case, not the same price point I had already paid. After I complained, they somehow found a Toyota RAV4 …. Which seemed ok but when I drove out onto the highway I quickly realized that the car was dangerously out of alignment and pulling hard to the right. Later, the company would confirm my assessment, but only after I had gone absolutely ballistic with a local customer service rep and was offered a weak apology and, surprise, surprise, a late-model replacement RAV4. Yes, this vehicle was acceptable (even if not what I reserved) but the whole experience was so frustrating and disappointing I am only sorry that I cannot rate the company lower that 1 on this customer satisfaction survey. Stay away!!!!!"

"Didn't get a Toyota Argo. Got a less $ Kia something. You had 1 person on staff for a midnight arrival. took for ever, there were still people at least 10 more parties were waiting in line arriving at 1:00 when we got the wrong car-automatic transmission , I specifically ordered a manual transmission. Your 1 staff person was so overwhlmed we opt... Leia maised to go back the next morning. You were fully staffed then and we made an easy swithch to manual transmission car. the WiFi device we were given was discharged and useless to find where we needted to go. It then worked well after we dcchrged it. You need more staff people for late arrivals. I would assume a lot of flights arrive @ midnight so staff up"

"Originally we got a Mitsubishi. The safety features were actually dangerous. The driver facing camera complained about me being distracted when I checked the mirror. We had to go from a 30 km/hr cloverleaf to a 90 km/hr highway. All that while the speed limit sensor screamed at me. While merging, the lane keeping aid was actually fighting me.... Leia mais Great safety features!!!! All I need during a high speed merge is for three systems to distract me. I reported it. Your staff was incredible. They brought the RAV 4 from Keflavik to Reykjavik and swapped it in the same parking space at our hotel. That is above and beyond. The RAV 4 drove fabulously. Its lane keeping aid gently beeped at me when I got close to the line and did not bother me during a necessary passing. The speed limit safety system simply turned the speed limit sign to red, which was more than adequate especially as the sign showing the vehicle speed was rather large."
