You had 1 person on staff for a midnight arrival. took for ever, there were still people at least 10 more parties were waiting in line arriving at 1:00 when we got the wrong car-automatic transmission , I specifically ordered a manual transmission. Your 1 staff person was so overwhlmed we opted to go back the next morning. You were fully staffed then and we made an easy swithch to manual transmission car. the WiFi device we were given was discharged and useless to find where we needted to go. It then worked well after we dcchrged it. You need more staff people for late arrivals. I would assume a lot of flights arrive @ midnight so staff up"

"I got the opportunity to choose between cars at my arrival. I didn't take the Toyota RAV4 but not because of any disadvantage but rather by playing siccors paper rock. At zhe end it was the Mitsubishi Outlander and the car wasyabsolutely fit for purpose. I am pretty sure the Toyota would have provided the same!"

"Great car for two with small amounts of luggage. Driver met us at airport and walked us to the shuttle. Very friendly. No hidden costs, get the full insurance and there will be no worries. Loved the wifi option and car play. Nice coffee bar in pick up/drop off location. Our experience was fantastic."

"Very nice car that took us everywhere we needed to go on rough Icelandic sideroads. Lots of space in the car and the boot for four people and lots of bags. Easy transfer to the pickup location and back to the airport upon return. Insurance covered a chipped windshield from gravel without a hitch."
