I recently rented a motorhome for a week-long trip, and it was an excellent experience. The booking process was smooth, and the team was responsive and helpful. The vehicle was in perfect condition and fullfilled all the aspectatives we had.
The only problem we had was about a delay in the flight which caused a delay in the delivery of the vehicle but the staff worked really well and made us find an alternative transport in the meantime while ours was being prepared

The car was great - though the pick up was not enjoyable as the car was difficult to locate in the dark and the wind was howling. Maybe worth designing a better set of instructions to locate.
Drop off too could be improved - unclear as to exactly where to leave the vehicle which was confusing.
Also I'd suggest letting the customer know how to charge a hybrid and maybe explain how to set up an account?
With fuel so expensive in Iceland, the EV part of the car would have been really useful, but it was too difficult to figure out.

Renting process was seamless upon arrival at KEF airport. The FIAT Benivan was brand new! 900 km on the dashboard! Very nice vehicule with all equipment asked priorhand ready. Good fuel consumption given the windy conditions and size of the vehicule. I recommend.
