Outstanding!

The rental process was smooth, quick, and friendly. We got a brand-new Isuzu, and the car was great. It handled all our trips, including to Jöklasel, very well and without any problems. The sleeping arrangement was also okay. It lacks a bit of storage space for personal belongings. A major drawback was a wet bed after the two days of storms in Egilstadir. We don't know how the water got onto/under the mattress, but for the rest of the vacation, we had to place plastic bags around the edges. It worked, but it wasn't comfortable.

Great

We were greeted to Iceland with a brand new little motorhome from Nortbound. It was small enough for us to go every where we wanted, and yet it was big enough to handle 2 people comfortably. We had a wonderful time exploring Iceland for 18 days. Thank you.

Our unit and overall experience was fantastic. Picking up and dropping off went great. Motorhome met a of our needs. We did leave a list inside of 10 suggestions to improve it more as a broom, rug, hooks etc

Outstanding!

Everything went great. The vehicle was very well maintained and worked perfectly. Just be careful when picking it up, and check in detail that everything is ok with the condition of the vehicle, because in our case the kitchen blind was already broken and if we hadn't reported it, at the end, we would have had to pay for something we didn't break.

This was a great home away from home for the week of our trip, performing admirably through an array of weather conditions. It was large enough for our family of four (2 adults, 10 and 6 year old), but not so large as to seem unwieldy.

Daniel and the Hertz and Northbound team were extremely helpful and informative. They helped us with a tour of the van and even in an instance of an accident that gave us a little panic. The trip was amazing, and I would definitely suggest renting a van of sorts and seeing as many places in this beautiful country as possible!
