"* The pick-up process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. The car had several dents and scratches, which I pointed out before leaving. I asked the staff to note them, and they assured me that all existing damage had already been recorded in their... Lees meer system. They told me there was nothing to worry about and that I could leave without any additional paperwork. * The car itself was acceptable, although it seemed rather old for a rental vehicle. Despite its age, it performed well throughout the rental without any mechanical issues. * Unfortunately, the drop-off experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member who inspected the vehicle was rude and immediately implied that I was being dishonest about the pre-existing damage. They insisted that the pick-up staff must have told me to take photos of the car and repeatedly claimed that the vehicle had been in perfect condition when it was handed over to me. I was also told, in a confrontational tone, “Are you trying to tell me that nobody warned you?” and that I should have read the contract. However, the contract does not state that customers are required to take photographs of the vehicle before leaving. Overall, while the rental itself went smoothly, the way I was treated during the return process was unacceptable. I felt I was presumed to be dishonest and was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner. That experience alone would make me reluctant to rent from this company again."

You had 1 person on staff for a midnight arrival. took for ever, there were still people at least 10 more parties were waiting in line arriving at 1:00 when we got the wrong car-automatic transm... Lees meerission , I specifically ordered a manual transmission. Your 1 staff person was so overwhlmed we opted to go back the next morning. You were fully staffed then and we made an easy swithch to manual transmission car. the WiFi device we were given was discharged and useless to find where we needted to go. It then worked well after we dcchrged it. You need more staff people for late arrivals. I would assume a lot of flights arrive @ midnight so staff up"

Nevertheless, this was solved by rental company within a couple of hours, and our car was changed to similar one without even small disturbing of our trip (thank... Lees meer you, Mike!). Further trip was flawless. The bottom sleeping place was fine, the upper sleeping bed was bit small. But in overall the interior was well thought out and cosy."

"Simple Car, but it suits to Islands roads very much. If you are two, you don't need more for a nice camping trip. Very economical if you have the Diesel engine. Suspension also good especially if the rads are gravel. Even on road 1 possible."
