Good

The car was brilliant However we spend over half an hour looking for a shuttle pick up this wasn't labeled correctly and when we dropped the vehicle off we had to get a taxi which cost us 5000 krona to get to the airport as no one was made available personally if people have to get early flights home or in this is not convenient if we return I will be using one from the airport

I was charged for the gold insurance instead of the one I chose because the person at the front desk said that my credit card was a debet card and I therefore had to pay €200 extra on top. I’ll find another place to rent my car next time.

Outstanding!

Good evening, I would like to point out that the car I picked up was not the KIA SORENTO, but an upgrade of this one: RENAULT TRAFIC. Upgraded at no extra cost and with a final thought. The vehicle was in excellent condition, new and spacious. The customer service is really good: I sent emails to you even before leaving and you always replied to me and in a very quick time. I've never had such fast replies before!!! The car drop off was great and also the shuttle service to and from the airport. Thank you NORTHBOUND, the quality you give to customers is very high!!! Keep up the good work. :)

The company has outdated models regarding damages. Unfortunately, we had a stone chip on the windshield, and apparently, their insurance does not cover it. Additionally, the condition of the vehicle at the time of pickup was already quite used. In other words, the vehicle had dents, the tires only partially had spikes, and one taillight was defective. When returning the vehicle early, no day was credited, which is very unfortunate.

Everything was good. Only the insurance part was very very expensive. We had to pay a huge bill only for the insurance. Go Car Rental informed us that since we had booked the car through northbound, we are liable to pay 65 euros per day for the platinum insurance orelse if we had booked directly though them then we were liable to pay 40 euros per day for the same insurance. We did not like this part but since this was the start of the trip so we had to ignore it. We had to additionally foot the bill of 250 euros only for the insurance. Rest everything was smooth from pick to drop of the vehicle, the procedure & also the condition of the vehicle was good.

Good

I upgraded the car to Toyota RAV4 with Euro 375. The car is pretty good with spacious trunk size although the upgrade fee is a little bit higher than expected. Overall GO Car Rental is OK except the experience when I return the car. I were asked to pay Euro 3500 for the scratch I didn't do. With the proper photo we submitted, it was resolved at end.

Excellent

We were satisfied with the car. However it was described to suit for 5 luggages on the booking site in the internet, which was actually not quote correct as it could not take 5 large bags but only 5 smaller hand baggage luggages. So it was quite difficult to store all our luggage for 5 persons in the car. The description should be corrected online to help future customers choosing the most suitable car for them.
