"There were a few issues with our rental. My correspondence with you stated that there would be an airport pick up/drop off. That in fact was not correct and we had to get back from the city to KEF airport then pay again for another taxi to get to the rental facility. We experienced an issue with one of our return flights and were trying to adjust d... Read moreates/times. It was not easy to contact anyone in a timely manner as the flight was changed the date before we left. McRent did allow us to camp in their parking lot the night before our flight, provided electricity and was able to provide a return ride to the airport for me. We were also under the impression that our RV would be larger than it was. We only had one bed and had requested two separate. Otherwise the camper was clean and in good condition. My most current issue is that I paid $2778.19 US dollars for the rental to Northbound on 25-Jan and now it appears that I have been charged again - $3282.72 - by McRent for the same rental. The charge is pending so I'm waiting to see if it goes through. If so, I'll have to dispute the double charge. There were gaps in communication which was frustrating. McRent was also switching to a new computer system and they were having some issues with the changeover."
