"If you do not have a Credit Card, they offered the platinum insurance for 244 EUR total. The Car was swapped from Suzuki Vitara to a Mitsubishi "An upgrade" per RING. RING seems to be a front for another company, eg 4x4 Icerental and some other company; all the same. Overall smooth experience as long as you're not a smooth-brain and or illiterate."

"Very disappointing rental experience. The vehicle I was given had nearly **195,000 km** on the odometer and already had **significant exterior damage**. As soon as I left the rental location, an **audible alarm went off**, accompanied by a **flashing red wrench/key warning light** on the dashboard. Concerned, I immediately returned to the ren... Read moretal counter. I was simply told that it was “nothing serious” and that I could continue driving the vehicle. During the **5-day rental**, the alarm went off several more times. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue: the **Check Engine light remained on constantly**, the **cruise control did not work**, the **brakes made a noticeable worn/grinding noise at low speeds**, and at times the vehicle even seemed to **lose power**. Under these circumstances, it is difficult to understand how a vehicle showing so many signs of mechanical problems could be rented to a customer, especially at the price charged. I spent part of my trip wondering whether the vehicle was actually reliable and safe to drive. Given all these issues, I requested compensation. I was told that they could not issue a refund because they **“didn’t have the machine to process a refund.”** I found that response particularly disappointing. Overall, the vehicle was **nowhere near worth the price I paid**, both because of its general condition and the numerous mechanical issues I experienced. My experience with this company was extremely poor, and I **will never rent from them again**."

"The car was fine, although the windows weren't clean. The airport transfer to the office and the paperwork process were quick. I didn't receive the contract via email; I had to specifically ask for a printed copy. The car ran perfectly. Returning the car took about 10 minutes."
