Outstanding!

We got a automatic Kia ceed but that worked fine anyway. Easy to pick up and easy to drop of.

Very Good

It was in fact very difficult because while I paid in advance, the folks at the Avis counter said my reservation had been cancelled somehow and we had to completely re-do everything right there at the counter at Keflavík. Part of it was my fault for using an incorrect arrive time (not day), but I would definitely not recommend using your service again.

Great vehicle, super easy to rent and return right at the Keflavík airport! Going with Northbound saved us hundreds on our rental, definitely recommend.

Great

We got to the Land Cruiser and found that it hadn’t got sat nav and couldn’t use Google maps through Apple CarPlay. We spoke to Avis about this and they changed the car to a Land Rover Defender at no extra cost. The Defender was very good but it took a while for us to work out how everything worked. Nobody showed us the car and there was no user manual
