Most travelers were very happy with Hertz over the past year, often praising clean, comfortable vehicles and smooth pick‑up and drop‑off. Staff are frequently described as friendly, patient and helpful when issues arise.

A los viajeros les gustó

• People liked the well-equipped, mostly new motorhomes and campers, easy airport access, and flexible, supportive customer service during trips and booking changes.

Bueno saber

• A few guests mentioned minor maintenance or equipment issues (heating, drains, small leaks, broken fittings) and that some vehicles could be cleaner or better equipped with things like linens or backup cameras, so it’s worth checking everything carefully at pick‑up.
