Good

In general, good experience and happy with how it went. Good price/quality ratio. Staff were polite. A couple of things that would have made it even better: -When we landed, the van only picked up the driver and I then had to return to pick up the rest of the passengers. This was not clear on the web, we thought we would all be taken by the van to collect the car. -On the day of returning we had to wait for approx. 25 min at the offices for the van to take us to the airport and that made us nervous as we thought we might miss the flight.

Outstanding!

Mostly great experience - paid for a rav 4 self charging hybrid and were given a plug in Suzuki hybrid with no plug.

The car was of 2019 (not 2021 as mentioned in reservation). The dropoff was not Good (wait for more thank 30 minutes at the agency for the return at the airport).

We were not happy when we arrived, we waited more than an hour before we were picked up at the airport! I phoned twice, but that didn't help. The car was okay and the trasfer after dropping ofg the car was fast.

Good experience with renting a car at icerental. Were shown in advance where there was already damage so that it would not be on our account. When returning the car we were received very friendly. After checking, it turned out that there was a scratch on the window. This was not made a problem. We will definitely be back next time.

Great

We did not receive the Toyota but instead a Suzuki hybrid Across. I am not sure if this was an equivalent model but we were not allowed to do river crossings. The pickup and drop off went fine but there was a tire pressure issue that we were told upon pickup we didn’t need to worry about. By our 4th day driving, the pressure alert was still there so we decided to put air in the problematic tire. The alert then went away for about a day or so but then returned on our last day with the rental. We told the attendant this upon drop off but in hindsight we should not have been given this car or been compensated. No other issues with the car or driving. I would use this site again but ensure we are getting an equivalent model.

Excellent

I booked here because I wanted a specific car(4x4 and regualr hybrid) and not be surprised with a different car upon arrival. I booked a hybrid Rav4 but was given a plugin hybrid Suzuki cross. The Suzuki still had an eco mode and was still great but i was not able to plug it in anywhere. Make sure to confirm these details when you book. Other than that, service was good and friendly.
