"I booked a 2022 Jeep Renegade through Northbound, with Ice Rental Cars as the local supplier. The booking confirmation and invoice explicitly stated this vehicle class. ​Upon arrival at Ice Rental, I was told that they didn't even have Jeeps in general and that the listing was essentially just used for "marketing." Baiting customers with specif... The mechanical and cosmetic state of the car was far below acceptable, making the entire rental feel highly overpriced. ​Northbound needs to properly vet their suppliers, as Ice Rental Cars is using deceptive marketing practices and renting out poorly maintained vehicles. I absolutely do not recommend booking this supplier."

"I'll say right away that everything else was great, but two things stand out: Maximum premium insurance does not cover the most common damages: water damage, wind damage, damage to the underbody of the car, and transportation costs in the event of a flat tire, for example.
