Terrible experience and will not rent from you again. I was charged $200 for something that I did not damage and that was on top of $800 of rental for 5 days. The monsters at MYCAR seem to know very well that I can ask VISA credit card company to reimburse me - and of course their vehicle is fully covered by insurance.

Outstanding!

We liked the car, which took us to many beautiful places without any problems. it has enough space for our luggage. We loved the Apple Carplay and the 4 wheel drive. The only disappointment was its wi-fi, which often lost internet connection. We had a good experience with Mycar. The shuttle service was prompt. The customer service people were friendly. We liked the most was that we could drop the car key at the hotel that we stayed, Konvin Hotel.

Outstanding!

Everything was absolutely perfect, aside from a slight delay in the airport pickup (waited for about 30 mins extra). But it really wasn’t an issue for us! Everything else was great, and the price was unbeatable.

You advertise at airport pickup. Your receipt showed at airport pickup. A few days before pickup an email from actual provider confirming now says shuttle service with very limited (hourly) shuttles. This was in small print at the bottom. Having missed the shuttle by minutes we took a taxi to their address on their email and it was the wrong address for car pickup but instead their business office address. We spent 12,000isk on the taxi eventually getting to the car. Falsely we were led to believe the car was on site at the airport for pick up … this was not MyCar’s fault but Northbounds for not mentioning, informing or providing shuttle info from the onset and falsely stating on-site pickup.

Fantastic!

Good car with eco and sport options. Sport gear is valuable on mountain gravel roads in fjords region. GPS was extremely helpful to reach different destinations (by address only, no destination name available).

Outstanding!

The car was awesome! It was a hybrid which I didn’t know about beforehand so we saved a lot of money on gas. The car was the perfect size for us and our luggage and was easy to park. The car was also nice and clean. MYCAR was great with their shuttle service to and from the airport and their helpful information when picking up the car. Would recommend!
