However, there are few things to mention - we got a plug-in hybrid version of the car which we didn’t reserve, without any additional information (as there were almost no easily-accessible chargers, we were not able to properly make use of it) and with an icon informing about a service c... Furthermore, I was not able to download the Orkan discount card after the rental period started (I remember the possibility to download it before that). Last but not least, when we returned the car, the worker informed us about a damage to the windshield which we didn’t notice, but as he informed me that it is covered by the full protection insurance and no additional fees will arise, I agreed to sign the forms."
