Northbound really helps me to find the best deal and they have helped me to make amendments to my booking several times with short notice. Really customer oriented and will definitely use them to help me find my next car rental in Iceland.

Everything went well the car definitely met expectations, especially when we were there the weather was incredibly bipolar and harsh. We also ran into a tyre crack and your team was quick to respond and get us sorted. And of course the front desk was definitely accommodating and concise with safety precautions and car pickup/dropoff. I'd definitely look for you guys when I come back to iceland

Only one Problem: I Was waiting in the Hall, where you come out after flight. Lotus Was at the Meeting Point in the other Hall, where you Start the flight. All other Was uncomplicatet, very friendly and absolut good!

Thank you northbound and founder Ivar for helping find the best hire car deals prior to arriving in Iceland.🇮🇸 we hired a Land Rover Discovery 2023 7 seater from lotus car rental and took the platinum cover. This vehicle in true Landrover fashion was designed and made for Iceland conditions. it stuck to the roads in icy and windy road conditions, and the comfort in knowing the capability of the vehicle was reassuring. If you carry 7 people don’t expect to carry any luggage. As for lotus. We had to wait 30 minutes for lotus to collect us after a phone call to them. even though I contacted the company the day before arriving with a reminder. We arrived in the dark 18:00 and the vehicles was covered in ice. I would expect the vehicle to have been prepared for us and pulled up out side ready, also it would have been nice to been shown to the vehicle and given an introduction/ familiarisation to the vehicle which didn’t happen. Being a Landrover man myself nothing as new as this, there is a huge amount of gadgets on this vehicle to familiarise your self to. But apart from a couple room for improvements from lotus our trip went well the staff were polite but quickly disappeared behind the screen. Thank you again northbound.

The rental was perfect and we sure did need it traversing the snowy and icy roads of Iceland. The shuttle from the airport was timely. Check-in was easy and the staff were thorough when reviewing the condition of the vehicle. Drop-off was fast. All staff were kind and courteous. We were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience.

Amazing service, good choice of vehicle ranges. Beautiful car drives well the whole experinece was straight forward.

great vehicle and cost! Lotus did not make it clear that in Iceland parking tickets are verified by cameras, meaning that if you miss them (likely bc we are tourists and not always aware of these things) then there will be an additional charge by the parking and a processing fee of 2000kr. If they had made that more clear we would've been ore aware and likely never had this happen! We were charged ~10,000kr in parking and processing, which was a huge unexpected cost. otherwise, very happy with using Northbound but felt taken advantage of from Lotus
