Our customer representative (Siggi) was amazing! He always provided us with needed Information ahead of time. He always responded promptly and even arranged camping chairs and a table for us outside of the camping season. Luxerantal made an unforgettable vacation possible for us.

The vehicule itself is great. The device system often have issues. For example, the Bluetooth deconecte by itself for no reason and then reconnect after a while. When turning on the vehicule, the device system, sometimes, take while before it can be used because it's "loading".

Good

We booked 2 vans together but the process of being picked up and dropped of differed which made is a bit unhandy with a group of students. 50% could get in the van at the airport, 50% needed to be transported to get to their van. We did not get a Peugeot partner but a Toyota van which was fine as well but both large sliding doors were to damaged to close properly which made I quite inconvenient to get in and out of the van. The drive was perfectly fine.

2023 Renault Trafic Automatic from LuxeRental was a fantastic friend for our adventure around Iceland! 2300 km in 10 days without any problem. It was clean and available on time. Thank you to Siggi that waited us more than an hour because of our baggage claim and he was available for any necessity during these two weeks.

Great car, easy drive and perfect for 6 adults, a tall teenager and luggage. Really loved the personal meet and greet at the airport and easy drop off on our way home—Siggi was great!
