Initially, we received an email requesting payment again, even though the rental had already been prepaid through Northbound. It took us about a week to clarify that the payment had indeed been completed, which caused unnecessary stress before the trip. Additionally, when we asked for confirmation about included equipment (such as a stove and sleeping bags), we were incorrectly informed that these items were not included. Based on that information, we purchased an extra suitcase to bring our own equipment, only to find out upon arrival that everything was already provided. This resulted in unnecessary additional costs for us. Furthermore, we received inconsistent information regarding the pick-up and drop-off process. In some messages, we were told to call for a pickup; in others, that the car would be waiting at a hotel near the airport. Similar confusion occurred at the end of the rental — we were initially instructed to return the car to the office by 16:00, but later informed that we could leave it at the hotel. Because of this, we adjusted our plans and left earlier than we would have otherwise. In summary, while the car itself was great, equipment was full, the overall experience was negatively impacted by inconsistent and unclear communication."

"I loved it! It was a smooth ride that handled well! I do wish the person at the car rental place would have taken me out to explain it a bit better. May I recommend your rentals just go ahead and include all this? Even if you charge a bit more, it saves your customer time and energy. Key Car rental honored my original agreement which did include some of these things, but I had to drive to the company’s garage to pick them up. Other items that weren’t included I drove to the BSÍ bus station to rent, taking more time. It’s a lot of extra driving around when coming off an overnight overseas flight. Anyway, aside from my gentle suggestions, overall this vehicle was just what I wanted! The heater kept us warm at night, and it got us everywhere we wanted to go safely and comfortably. "The vehicule itself is great. The device system often have issues. For example, the Bluetooth deconecte by itself for no reason and then reconnect after a while. When turning on the vehicule, the device system, sometimes, take while before it can be used because it's "loading"."

We did not get a Peugeot partner but a Toyota van which was fine as well but both large sliding doors were to damaged to...
