I really liked the web page, looked clean, nice and easy to use. But the given provider, Nordic Car Rental was terrible. We had to wait for almost two hours in the middle of nowhere to finally get the car. And the car was in the worst shape I have ever experienced for a rental car. It was old, broken and extremely dirty. The staff was unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional. The driver from the airport was driving like crazy, making phone calls on the way, while searching for a key in his pocket. Worst experience ever with a car rental company. Please do not cooperate them anymore! I will not choose Northbound until I there is a chance to get them as the car supplier!

Fine

The car was definitely not the one pictured on the website & there is no point having a 4x4 that's as low as a hatchback.

Good experience - only downside was that we almost got a car without working front lights, as a replacement we got another car in very bad shape (tons of scratches) but it was fine for us. Unit we discovered that this time back lights doesn't work at all. It took additional 1h to get another car - also in a bad external look but once again - we were glad to have a working car. Last downside was that probably due to age of the car and bad shape noise isolation on driver's doors was "leaking" a lot of wind noise (minor issue). Return of the car was fast, also pick up and delivering to returning flight was spot on and without issues. Probably would use again.

Outstanding!

It was actually a Hyundai... but it was easy... good visibility.... no problems at all. Of course the GPS was totally worth it

The guys we met at Nordic late at night were very friendly and most helpful. The car's windscreen wipers however were damaged to the point of being dangerous as 10 miles down the road when it rained I could hardly see where I was going at 12.30 at night. When I reported the problem at the drop off I was told that it was my job to fix it and claim for a new set of wipers when I dropped it off. I feel that it would be better if this was checked before a customer finds out too late! The car also had no rear wiper at all.

Outstanding!

It was great! My favorite thing about it, besides the way it handled on the road, was the bright blue color - it stood out so well against the beautiful scenery. The check-in and check-put process was efficient and smooth. It took us a few extra minutes to find the shuttle driver at the airport, but after we found him the whole process was quick and efficient.

The car was pretty good, with no problem at all, maybe in four it is a little bit small. In the description, this vehicle should have cruise contro, but i cannot be able to find it...

Good

It was fine. However, the steering was out of alignment and brakes need new pads. The car was not unsafe and drove well otherwise. We own a land cruiser and love it. The front, passenger side door made a loud noise when closed. Previous accident? Overall a good car.
