It was a perfect car for driving around. It was economic and practical. The car was either basically new or it looked like it was. Very clean. Also the staff was very considerate to drive us from the airport and back as an included extra. Thank you so much! Your car was able to give us one of the best experiences and adventures of our life so far.

Would be helpful to arrange for better visibility of the MyCar rep at the Keflavik arrivals area. Also, would be good to spend a bit more time in information material on the site regarding hybrid cars: the Rangers discouraged taking on any water crossings above a puddle and a small stream, as “electricity and water do not go well together”. We of course followed their advice and therefore decided to use F208 north again, instead of the more atractive F225. If we had known before, we might have settled for a regular (non-hybrid) AWD… Other than that we were very satisfied with the car and the rental staff.

Excellent

We had a good experience. It was used of course with many miles, but everything was clean and functional. It was great to be able to contact customer service through Whatsup. Suggestion - add info on good affordable places to clean the car inside and out before returning it and please add some tips on how to get the road dust off.

Perfect for our Iceland trip. Solid 4x4, handled rough roads with ease. Manual gearbox gave great control, and Android Auto made navigation easy. Practical and reliable – just what we needed.

We were very happy with the process of reserving our camper through Northbound. And the rental company, Lotus Car Rental was excellent. Service was efficient and the vehicle was clean, and came with the essentials. We had a wonderful time in Iceland.
