Flight was cancelled resulting in delay in arrival into KEF after operating hours, managed to collect the motorhome with additional charges. Pick up as relatively easy with instructions provided. Driven to... Leia mais the collection office and pick up was seamless with friendly staff explaining everything from rules, safety and motorhome operations. The motorhome was clean and almost brand new, made our stay and drive in Iceland enjoyable with ease. Items that were needed to live in the motorhome were also provided and available. All we need to get were food and drinks. Return of motorhome was at the airport, about 5 minutes walk to airport. The staff was not around, we parked the motorhome near the office, dropped the keys and that’s it! Easy. Overall experience was great for the rental, perhaps there are cheaper options available with other rental but we want pease of mind and to make sure to engage trustworthy companies and/or service providers, just so to avoid any unnecessary hiccups."

"We loved the Medium 4 RV. It came with plenty of kitchen essentials (plates, bowls, cups, flatware for 4), spatula, can opener, 2 pots, frying pan, kettle. The bedding was super nice...very thick and warm duvet with an additional wool blanket. Although they were small. Each one will only cover 1 person and if you are tall, your feet will hang out.... "Overall a decent experience but not without challenges. After switching out propane tanks although our stove worked normally we ended up without heat or hot water for two days. We contacted support and it took multiple resets to finally come back online. Cold showers and frigid nights not fun. Additionally on the 90 minute drive back to return our... Leia mais vehicle it began to overheat. I spent a lot of time on the side of a busy road and had to add over 4 litres of water to the cooling system. This cooled it temporarily, it overheated again twice on the rest of the drive. I made contact with support who were not helpful at all, mostly stating that the mechanic would look at it when we returned. I did not want to destroy the engine so took the time to let it cool and continue to add water. When I finally arrived at the return depot I was made to wait while a mechanic examined the engine. I ultimately lost more than half a day of my short time allotted to Reykjavík arriving downtown after 2pm due to this event. This part of the experience was extremely disappointing. The motor home otherwise was mostly great. There were a couple of defects (broken shelf and scraped along the side)but overall a good fit for our trip."

"The van operated well in winter conditions. Equipped and comfortable kitchen, and comfortable bed. However, few things didn't work well: 1) water tank was leaking, 2) driver's window blind was torn, 3) over the bed, the wind caused noisy shaking and we couldn't close better the windows to prevent the noise"
