Second thing is that the internal communication in your company may be improved. I've sent a message, indicating our changed arrival time, you've sent me a new voucher that confirmed that arrival time, but when we arrived there was nobody there and the person that picked us up told us we were expected at a different time.
On the contrary, we really did like the camper. It was comfortable, and you have thought about the silly little details as well. Like the thermos that keeps my coffee warm all day.
Last suggestion: please include an inventory of stuff that is included with the rental, that makes it easier to pack things that are needed and leave home what is not needed.
The short summary: change your ridiculous policy regarding damage and we'll definitely rent with you again next time.
Considering this, I recommend Northbound without a doubt for the whole process of renting a motorhome. They were helpful before, during and after our trip.
And one last thing. Icelanders take great care of their island. Be a good guest, be responsible, follow the rules and enjoy the landscape.
