Leia mais impression was severely impacted by a serious issue: Upon return, I was charged €1,371,45 for damage to the right front bumper that was clearly present before my rental. This damage had been deliberately covered with a thin layer of black paint, making it impossible to detect during the pickup inspection. Only after washing the vehicle did the paint come off, revealing the underlying white and blue layers of the damage. Despite my explanation and photographic evidence, I was forced to pay the amount on the spot under the threat of calling the police. I consider such practices unprofessional and unacceptable. I sincerely hope that Northbound will ensure that partners like Rijo Campers do not engage in such behavior in the future and that customers are protected from such unjustified charges.
